for the requirements of the position i have taken on… to give me the broad brush consistently meets expectations is exasperating.

what matters more than this label of meets tho:
salary
bonus
new responsibiities or trust
and what i decide to do next

i need optionality. i need to test the market.

i will offer a baton because i am professional.

i will finish well here and let the market decide my future.

i don’t go permanent into an area i dont want to be in. that means i can say yes to all sorts of FTCs but not to all sorts of perms.
