• Investment professional, Qualified actuary or accountant with relevant investment/ALM experience
• strong understanding investements, hedging, capital markets
• strong understand of the elements-of-Solvency-II-that-relate-to-ALM
• Strong understanding of the elements of ifrs that relate to ALM
• ability to understand implications of market and non-market events across different metrics
• ability to understand the implications of market and non-market events across different metrics (IFRS, Solvency II, liquidity)
• Ability to create and deliver clear and concise written documentation or reports
• Ability to review technical data, analyse it and provide a succinct summary
• Ability to work with and develop code-based tools e.g. Python, R etc.
• Experience of management and senior stakeholder communication is desirable
