My achilles on right is very sore if i pinch it. but i think the problem is my left leg.

pain often shows up on other side. body could be shifting load ankle hip mobility restriction on right perhaps previous injury - even slight - subconcious correciton

some quick checks

  • single leg calf raises - left weaker ?
  • single leg balance - left wobblier ?
  • ankle mobility - left ankle stiffer

What to do (short-term) Reduce aggravation on the right Achilles Avoid aggressive stretching or sudden loading Start loading both sides—but especially left Slow calf raises (both legs → progress to single-leg) Strengthen left hip + glute Think squats, step-ups, controlled lunges Keep movement symmetrical Avoid limping or favouring one side

fixing left ankle stiffness

Fix left ankle mobility (priority)

Do this daily:

Knee-to-wall drill

Foot flat, knee goes toward wall Keep heel down 2–3 sets of 10 slow reps

You should feel a stretch in the ankle/calf—not pain.

  1. Even out calf strength

Double → single-leg calf raises

Start both legs, slow (3 sec up / 3 sec down) Progress to single-leg, especially on the left 3 sets of 10–15

Reduce stress on right Achilles (temporarily) Avoid explosive stuff (sprints, jumps) Don’t aggressively stretch the sore Achilles Keep activity but at a manageable level
