two sets of automation scripts that switch on from time to time:

• /home/chris-jakoolit/christopherpaine_org/_scripts/generate_tables2.py$
• /home/chris-jakoolit/christopherpaine_org/_scripts/insert_images.sh$
• /home/chris-jakoolit/christopherpaine_org/_scripts/move_and_insert_images.sh$
• /home/chris-jakoolit/christopherpaine_org/_scripts/insert_pdfs.sh$

now creating one to run bash scripts… but this kind of doesnt work because i dont want to run all bash scripts so for the time being i will suffice with code box and a results box and a timestamp to say when it was run
