i have been managing 2 juniors  
my boss is non actuary and i am an actuary  
i suppose i admire some general knowledge he has and contacts and jovialness  
small meeting with 4 of us friday  
i feel like i let standards slip by giveing meeting a jovial title  ...  i suppose my lack of professionalism might partly be because manager doesnt take himself entirely seriously either.  
i hate the perfomative aspect in front of juniors and found myself doing it a little.  
i also have micromanged too much
