proposed workflow using RCLONE

however if i want to work on it i think i should rclone elsewhere… use automation scripts then rclone back
otherwise the automation scripts may cause trouble with git

first run or stuck

rclone bisync /home/chris-jakoolit/christopherpaine_org/_code/bayesian-pca /home/chris-jakoolit/bayesian_analysis_clone/ --progress --resync

subsequent runs

rclone bisync /home/chris-jakoolit/christopherpaine_org/_code/bayesian-pca /home/chris-jakoolit/bayesian_analysis_clone --progress
